The John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, offers a Master of Science in Quantitative Health and Clinical Research (2 years) and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research (2 semesters). The Graduate Certificate is fully online and is ideal for medical trainees, gap-year students, and health professionals with an interest in clinical research, bioethics, and statistical data analysis. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2024.

The Masters program has two tracks:

  • Clinical Research suited for physician-researchers and those in or pursuing careers in clinical research, and
  • Quantitative Health Sciences, which will prepare students for future careers in areas such as biostatistics, bioinformatics, and healthcare data analytics.
