MBIO graduate student, Cameron Angulo is looking for an undergrad intern to help process eDNA water samples from Kāne ʻohe Bay for their dissertation chapter. This is a great opportunity to learn the process of eDNA metabarcoding library prep from DNA extraction through sequencing and post-sequencing data processing and analysis.
