Graduation
Congratulations, you are almost done! We want to ensure filing for graduation is quick and simple. After confirming in STAR that you are enrolled in all remaining requirements for your degree program, please complete both of the forms below. Per the Office of the Registrar, graduation filing periods are as follows:

*Summer Graduates: Your Application for Degree must be received by the earlier Spring application deadline, in order for your name to be printed in the Spring Commencement Program. Otherwise, you will need to participate in the Fall Commencement Program.
Note: If you are not enrolled in any courses at UH Mānoa for your graduating semester, please email Kamana Seymour at kamanaok@hawaii.edu for an Absentia Graduation Application.
Please fill out the CNS Graduation Declaration to inform us you are graduating and fill out our Graduation Survey.
Ensure you login into your UH email address (@hawaii.edu) to fill out the form.

Registration for Commencement will open on October 1st, 2024 for students who have applied for graduation for Fall 2024 by the deadline of Friday, September 20, 2024.

Graduation Candidate Verification Letter
Do you need a letter confirming that you've applied to graduate or to confirm your candidacy?
Fill out the Graduation Candidate Verification Letter Form on the Office of the Registrar's Website.
